Our activity in the “JNM Children’s Village” and in the “Emergency Center” is structured in such a way to involve local people as much as possible, in order to offer job opportunities - especially to women – rather than pure charity. All the activities relevant to kitchen, cleaning, maintenance, gardening, farming, etc. are therefore entrusted to local people.

In this way we can also train a staff that, in all the Village activities, will acquire, time by time, all the necessary information, knowledge, responsibility and a progressive self management capacit.

Therefore the volunteers are limited to people with a specific professional specialization and are also connected to specific situations and needs that, time by time, could require this kind of help.

All the people with specific professional specialization interested to help our Foundation as volunteers – when the opportunity comes – could send us, by mail or e-mail, a personal CV, that we will take into account, for an eventual direct contact.
