On the October 31st 2007

• the little orphans living permanently in the Village, are 55. 37 of them are already entrusted through distance adoption
• the "working group" are 17 and 175 are the women involved in them. Three of these groups have received an award, from Ethiopic authorities, for the engagement and the extraordinary results. The reward has been a millstone that has permitted to start a mill.
• In the "Emergency Centre" (Feeding Centre) 224 children with severe malnutrition and sickness (TBC, Hiv, pneumonia, etc.) have been hospitalized, assisted and cured. The children cured and saved are 205 (16 were still hosted in the Centre). The failures have been 19.
• Trough the "Emergency Centre", the physician and two nurses, we have given free medical assistance to 641 people (medical examinations, drugs, hospitalization, etc) 28 of which have been hospitalized, at our own expense, in Addis Ababa or Mekelle hospitals
• A school for 100 blind children is under construction
